Behavioral Technician

The role involves providing one-On-One, center-Based applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy to young children diagnosed with autism under the supervision of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, collecting behavioral data, and supporting the development of communication and social skills.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and reliable transportation to the clinic, along with strong communication and organizational skills. A willingness to obtain registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification within 60 days is required if not already certified.
