Bilingual family support specialist

The family support specialist will serve as a home visitor, providing weekly direct service to enrolled families using an evidence-Based curriculum to discuss parent-Child bonding, positive discipline, and child development. This role also involves working with families to set goals and providing necessary resources to promote self-Sufficiency and future success for the child.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma and a minimum of three years of early childhood experience, along with the ability to be flexible with scheduling for early morning or evening visits. Essential requirements include multi-Tasking skills for documentation, a personal vehicle for daily travel, a clean five-Year motor vehicle history, a valid arizona driver's license, and obtaining a level one fingerprint clearance card.
