Candidates must have a high school diploma with significant experience working with transitional aged youth, or a bachelor's degree in a related field, and must be at least 24 years old. Essential requirements include having a personal vehicle, a clean five-Year motor vehicle history, a valid arizona driver's license, and the ability to obtain a level one fingerprint clearance card.
