Lead Teacher

Lead teachers are responsible for overall classroom management and creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment. They implement the proprietary l.e.a.p. Curriculum® and mentor less experienced teachers.

Candidates should have at least six months of professional teaching experience and an associate degree or higher in early childhood education or a related field is preferred. Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices and cpr/First aid certification are also preferred.
