Instructs aquatic exercise and therapy programs. Monitors client progress and makes program changes to facilitate clients' maximum independence and achieves fitness goals.

$17.45 to $23.77 per hour
The pay described reflects the base hiring pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable). Shift, weekend and/or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.

Candidates must be at least 16 years old and meet functional competencies, with preferred qualifications including a high school diploma/GED and 0 to 2 years of experience teaching aquatics. Required certifications include current BLS from AHA or ARC (or in-house training within 30 days) and Lifeguard Certification from American Red Cross within two weeks of hire.
