Lifeguard Aquatics Instructor

The role involves conducting group and one-On-One aquatic exercise and therapy programs in compliance with governing disciplines, while also monitoring client progress to facilitate maximum independence and fitness goals. Responsibilities also include responding to emergencies and completing necessary documentation and record keeping.

Candidates must be at least 16 years old and meet functional competencies, with preferred qualifications including a high school diploma/Ged and 0 to 2 years of experience teaching aquatics. Required certifications include current bls from aha or arc (Or in-House training within 30 days) and lifeguard certification from american red cross within two weeks of hire.
