$54-120 (Rates vary based on license, service type and county) Locations: Westchester Center (Hawthorne, NY) or Homecare (Westchester or NYC) Salary positions are also available with Paid Time Off (Holiday, Sick, Vacation) Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & Other Insurance for Full-Time Staff (Salary or Fee For Service) Matching 401K Retirement Program RESPONSIBILITIES Provide excellence in Occupational Therapy services to young children with special needs and their families in home, day care, or community settings. Develop collaborative relationships with parents/caregivers to educate them on how to help children communicate effectively. Timely submission of daily session notes, progress reports, and other paperwork. Option to perform evaluations.
