Activities Assistant/DSP: Monday-Friday (7am-3pm)

The community support coach provides hands-On support with daily community integration and life skills activities while driving individuals to various community locations. They also develop relationships with local organizations to promote social connection and community inclusion.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or college degree, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. First aid and cpr certification are required, and a certified medication technician license is preferred.
