Community Health Mobilizer

The community mobilizer will initiate and develop social processes in communities to address health issues, organize stakeholder meetings, and engage community members. They will also provide educational materials and advocate for those facing barriers to care.

Candidates must have either an associate’s degree with 3-5 years of experience or a bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years of experience in prevention/Addiction. A valid driver’s license with 2 points or less is also required.
