Behavior Specialist II

The behavior specialist ii provides direct clinical care and individualized behavioral support to children and adolescents with complex emotional and psychiatric needs. They also serve as a mentor to junior staff and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement and monitor treatment plans.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, education, or a related field and possess at least three years of experience in direct care for youth. Proficiency in behavioral methodology and strong communication skills are essential for this role.
