The role is responsible for supervising and coordinating an assigned classroom, ensuring compliance with head start performance standards and state licensing regulations for preschool children. Essential functions include planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities, documenting child growth, and ensuring the safety and needs of all children are met.

Candidates must possess an infant-Toddler child development associate (Cda) or equivalent qualification, with enrollment in the infant-Toddler cda program if not yet certified. Applicants must meet or exceed nj and pa licensing standards and must have daily access to a car.
