Swing Youth Mentor

Youth mentors work with groups of three children who have experienced serious trauma, supporting them through treatment plans and specific goals on a therapeutic campus. They act as role models, build quality relationships, and set healthy boundaries using a trauma informed care approach while engaging in various indoor and outdoor activities.

Applicants must be at least 19 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent education. A minimum of one year of verifiable experience working with children is required, along with a valid driver's license for transporting residents.
