Early Childhood Education Teacher's Aide

The early childhood education teacher aide supports the lead teacher by implementing daily, developmentally appropriate activities focused on emergent literacy and language development within a multi-Age family literacy classroom. This role also involves actively fostering a family literacy environment by assisting parents in becoming effective teachers for their children.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and a minimum of one year of experience working with children. Required abilities include strong communication, critical thinking, sound judgment, organizational skills, and proficiency in basic computer functions.
