Early Childhood Education & Family Literacy Associate

The associate supports the daily operations, instructional delivery, and family engagement initiatives of early childhood and literacy programs. They assist classroom staff in maintaining a safe, trauma-Informed environment while documenting child progress and facilitating parent education.

Candidates must have an associate's degree or higher in early childhood education, human services, or a related field. A minimum of two years of experience in early childhood or family literacy programs is required.
