Associate Teacher, Lower School

The associate teacher supports lead teachers in grades 3 & 4 by reinforcing lesson plans, leading small groups, and assisting with classroom management to ensure scholars master foundational skills. This role also involves tracking student progress, supporting transitions, and collaborating with school staff.

Candidates must have experience working with elementary-Aged scholars and the ability to support classroom management while following instructional guidance, demonstrating a commitment to high expectations and equity. A minimum requirement is an associate's degree, though a bachelor's degree or teaching certification is preferred.
