⏰ Schedule Options Monday–Friday • 6

• 45am–3:45pm
• 7:00am - 3:00pm
• 8:00am - 5:00pm
• 8:30am–5:30pm
• 9:00am–6:00pm No nights. No weekends.

💰 Compensation $17–$20 per hour, based on education and experience + $500 sign on bonus! Please note that $250 will be distributed after 30 days of employment and $250 will be distributed after 90 days of employment.

• 📚 What You’ll Do
• Lead a classroom using developmentally appropriate lesson plans and curriculum
• Create a warm, safe, and engaging learning environment
• Build positive relationships with children and families
• Communicate with families using our parent app
• Observe, assess, and support each child’s development
• Maintain classroom organization, safety, and cleanliness
• Participate in conferences and collaborate with leadership

• ✅ What We’re Looking For
• Associate degree or higher (required)
• At least 1 year of classroom experience in a licensed childcare center
• Infant experience is a plus (for infant classrooms)
• Ability to pass required background checks
• A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine love for teaching
