Lead Childcare Teacher

Lead teachers are responsible for preparing and implementing developmentally appropriate lesson plans one week in advance using current curriculum guides, covering all areas of child development. They must also establish rapport with families, ensure child safety and well-Being, maintain an organized classroom, and conduct biannual parent/Teacher conferences.

Qualified candidates must possess an associate degree or higher, along with one year of classroom experience in a licensed childcare facility, and must pass all required background checks. The role requires the physical ability to work around small children, including lifting up to 40 lbs.
