The advisor is responsible for guiding students through their academic and professional journey from pre-Enrollment to post-Graduation, which includes onboarding, career preparation, and boosting employment rates. Key duties involve acting as a main resource, coordinating campus engagement activities, and delivering presentations to students.

A high school diploma or ged is required, though a 4-Year degree in a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates should possess 2-3 years of experience in the education field, along with strong patience, empathy, adaptability for fast-Paced environments, and excellent communication skills.
