The bcs educator is expected to be detail-Oriented, hardworking, and execute tasks at a high level while supporting new initiatives daily. This role requires building strong relationships with stakeholders through clear communication, high emotional intelligence, empathy, and joy in the work.

Candidates must possess a ba/Bs degree and hold a valid california multiple subject teaching credential along with clad or el authorization. Previous experience in an education setting is preferred for this role.
