ABA Behavior Technician

The aba behavior technician is responsible for providing direct 1

1 therapy sessions and implementing behavior intervention services for clients, primarily children with autism spectrum disorders. They also collect data, implement behavior protocols, and maintain communication with the pod manager.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or higher in a relevant field, with experience in aba programs preferred but not required. They must also obtain and maintain rbt certification and demonstrate flexibility and creativity in their approach.
