Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The registered behavior technician is responsible for providing direct 1

1 therapy sessions and implementing behavior protocols based on applied behavior analysis principles. They also collect data, complete insurance forms, and maintain communication with the pod manager regarding client information.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or higher in a related field, with experience in aba programs preferred but not required. They must also obtain and maintain rbt certification and demonstrate flexibility and creativity in their approach.
