Instructional Assistant

The instructional assistant will help the technical instructor conduct technical training using an approved curriculum to prepare learners for entry to mid-Level information technology jobs, focusing on hands-On facilitation and leading study groups. This role also involves managing learner performance by providing feedback, coordinating with coaches, and enforcing program rules and attendance.

Candidates must be graduates of a per scholas training program and have obtained all relevant certifications from that course, demonstrating a passion for teaching in a hands-On style. Essential personal characteristics include being data-Driven, result-Oriented, collaborative, tech-Savvy, and strongly aligned with the mission of providing access to tech careers.
