Instructional Assistant (Critical Environments)

The instructional assistant will support the lead instructor both in and out of class by assisting with teaching, grading assessments, entering grades into the lms, updating salesforce data, and reviewing curriculum materials for errors. In-Class duties include monitoring classroom functionality, serving as timekeeper, and noting student engagement challenges.

Candidates must be able to provide effective support in the classroom and demonstrate knowledge or interest in critical facility operations, data center environments, it infrastructure, and technical systems. Essential personal characteristics include thriving in a fast-Paced environment, being data-Driven, having a collaborative work style, and possessing strong communication and time management skills.
