Provide individual and group counseling for students in grades 7-12 while developing proactive social-emotional programming. Collaborate with families, outside providers, and school administration to support student wellness and a Christ-centered school culture.
Requires a Master's or doctoral degree in a counseling or psychology field and a current North Carolina mental health license. Preference is given to candidates with at least 3 years of experience working with adolescents, ideally in an independent school setting.
The counselor reports to the Director of Student Life, collaborates closely with the School Counselor for PreK–6, and serves as a member of the Wellness Team.
