Residential Counselors - Overnight Shift

The primary duties involve ensuring student safety through overnight supervision, following individualized treatment plans, and utilizing crisis intervention techniques when necessary. Counselors must also assist with evening routines, complete necessary documentation, and build positive relationships with students.

Applicants must be at least 21 years old, authorized to work in the us without sponsorship, and possess a high school diploma or ged. Candidates must also agree to a background screening and drug test and possess a valid north carolina driver's license.
