Responsibilities also include building professional relationships with families and communicating openly to ensure consistency and support for the children's emotional, social, and physical needs.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with a minimum of two years of childcare experience. Candidates require outstanding communication skills, a positive attitude, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto registration and insurance.
