Full Time Assistant Teacher

The assistant guide will support a mixed-Age montessori classroom by helping prepare the learning environment and assisting with individualized and small-Group activities for children aged 0–6. Key duties include closely observing children, maintaining an orderly classroom, and building respectful relationships with children and families.

Candidates must have experience working with children aged 3–6 in a school or childcare setting and possess a positive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset. A genuine love for young children is essential, and while prior montessori experience is welcome, interest in learning the approach is sufficient.
