Lead Preschool Teacher

The lead children's house guide is responsible for leading a mixed-Age preschool classroom by preparing an environment that fosters independence and curiosity. They will provide individualized lessons, observe child development, and maintain strong, respectful communication with families.

Candidates must hold or be willing to obtain a montessori diploma for ages 3-6 and possess an associate's or bachelor's degree in early childhood education or child development. Experience working with children in a group learning environment and alignment with child-Led educational philosophies are required.
