Assistant Preschool Teacher

Assistant teachers in the early childhood program will plan cross-Curricular activities, develop materials to stimulate curiosity, and build community within the classroom while implementing the social curriculum. They must also maintain a growth mindset and build strong, trusting partnerships with families.

Candidates must possess an associate's degree in early childhood education or a related field, along with previous experience working with young children, especially toddlers. A commitment to ongoing professional development in outdoor education and the ability to meet physical demands for outdoor work are also required.
