F45 Training - Group Fitness Trainer

The trainer will lead high-Energy f45 workouts, providing clear instruction, exercise demonstrations, and movement corrections to ensure member safety and engagement across all fitness levels. Key duties also involve supporting studio operations, assisting with member consultations, and promoting f45 services to aid membership growth and retention.

Candidates must possess a minimum of one year of experience as a personal or group fitness trainer, demonstrating proficiency in functional movement, hiit, and heart rate-Focused training science. Essential qualifications include holding current cpr/First aid/Aed certification and actively obtaining a nationally accredited fitness certification, alongside excellent communication and public speaking skills.
