Lecturer Adjunct (Chinese Language Lecturer)

Instructors are responsible for teaching assigned liberal arts courses, such as chn 101: Chinese mandarin i, using effective, student-Centered methods aligned with institutional learning outcomes. Duties also include assessing student performance, providing academic support during office hours, and fostering an inclusive classroom environment.

Candidates must possess a master’s degree in the subject area or a master’s in another field with 18 graduate credits in chinese, along with previous college-Level teaching experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills in english are mandatory, as is expertise in teaching chinese mandarin.
