Swim Lesson Instructor

The instructor will work in the water to assist in conducting aquatic instruction, providing support and encouragement to help participants learn to swim. Responsibilities also include ensuring the safety and cleanliness of the pool area and adhering to all ymca aquatic safety standards.

Candidates must be at least 15 years old and successfully complete a swimming skills test. They are required to pursue ymca swim lesson instructor certification, cpr, first aid, oxygen, and lifeguarding certifications.
