Resident-Children's Ministry (Knapp and Bella Vista)

The resident will gain hands-On training in various aspects of children's ministry, working with the team to prepare for weekend services, manage volunteers, and interact with attending families. Duties include performing administrative tasks, assisting the campus supervisors, planning programming, preparing classrooms, and communicating with volunteers.

Candidates must be committed christians actively pursuing a vibrant relationship with christ and willing to learn all facets of children's ministry for potential future vocational work in this area. Essential requirements include availability for weekend services and one business day (Tuesdays required), clear communication skills, humility to receive feedback, and reliable transportation.
