Core responsibilities
The primary duties involve implementing behavioral programs for children with autism using applied behavior analysis principles, addressing both increasing and decreasing behaviors, and assisting with daily self-Help skills. Therapists must also implement treatment goals under the direction of behavior analysts and document goal and program information daily.
Requirements summary
Candidates should ideally possess rbt status and be interested in center, home, or community-Based settings, demonstrating the ability to multi-Task and use sound judgment. A bachelor's degree in aba or a related field, as well as experience working with children with autism, are preferred but not required.
