Core responsibilities
Therapists are responsible for implementing behavioral programs and treatment goals under the direction of behavior analysts, providing 1:1 therapy to children with autism. Duties include teaching communication, behavior, self-Help, and social skills while documenting goal and program data collection throughout the day.
Requirements summary
Candidates should possess rbt status and be interested in implementing aba principles in center, home, or community settings, requiring the ability to multi-Task and use sound judgment. A bachelor's degree in aba or a related field, along with experience working with children with autism, is preferred but not required.
