Physical Therapist

Develop individualized, evidence-Based care plans for patients and deliver high-Quality, outcomes-Driven therapy sessions. Clinicians will collaborate with peers in a values-Driven team environment while building connections with patients and local providers.

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited physical therapy program, holding a dpt or equivalent degree. Active tennessee physical therapist licensure, or eligibility for licensure, is required for this role.
