Youth Care Provider - Day

The youth care provider is responsible for the direct supervision of youth residents, assisting with daily activities such as routines, homework, and meal times, while implementing behavior support techniques. They must also build positive relationships with youth by providing a consistent, supportive presence that demonstrates respect and belief in their potential.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with a valid idaho driver's license or the ability to obtain one within 15 days of hire. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree in a related field and some experience working directly with youth in a clinical or residential setting.
