Day Child Care Worker

The role involves assisting teachers with classroom activities, providing one-On-One and small-Group support, and supervising students' daily routines and treatment goals outside of school hours in a residential setting. Responsibilities also include maintaining supportive relationships with students and conveying pertinent information to staff through logs and reports.

A minimum of conversational fluency in american sign language is required, with native or near-Native fluency preferred, alongside previous classroom experience. Candidates should ideally have one year of experience in a residential treatment program or a degree in human services, along with the ability to remain calm during crises.
