Tutors will actively supervise and assist elementary and middle school students (K-8th grade) after school hours to help them catch up from learning gaps, working without direct teacher support. Key duties include preparing sessions, leading groups using provided materials, documenting progress via the heytutor dashboard, and managing attendance.

Candidates must be currently enrolled in college or possess at least an associate of arts degree or higher, with experience in tutoring, especially with children. Comfort in tutoring middle school math and ela, and passing an in-Person fbi-Doj background check are mandatory requirements.
