J Camps Inclusion Advocate

Inclusion advocates support the inclusion coordinator and camp directors by ensuring a safe, inclusive, and engaging experience for campers needing extra support, often through one-On-One assignments. Responsibilities include assisting with all aspects of the camper's day, supporting participation in activities, and maintaining strict confidentiality regarding camper information.

Candidates must be entering their junior year of college or be at least 21 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Required qualifications include experience working with children, the ability to take direction, strong teamwork skills, and the willingness to obtain first aid and cpr certification upon hire.
