Group Facilitator (MHT), Center or School-Based, Cleveland

The group facilitator is responsible for leading day treatment groups and supporting the therapeutic milieu under clinical direction, ensuring consistent program delivery and client safety. This role also involves assisting therapists, completing daily clinical documentation, and collaborating with treatment teams and guardians.

Candidates must possess a high school degree or equivalent, along with previous experience in a mental health or education setting working with young children, especially those with behavioral difficulties. Required certifications include cpr and handle with care within 30 days of employment.
