  • SCHOOL BASED SUPPORT SPECIALISTS SPRINGFIELD, MISSOURI & SURROUNDING AREA SCHOOLS *Positions across various school districts in Southwest Missouri - Springfield, Republic, Willard, Marshfield, Fair Grove, Ash Grove, Walnut Grove

  • Intervention and Collaboration: Provide on-site intervention in area schools for clients enrolled in the program, collaborating closely with school staff to ensure appropriate client care and support. Progress Monitoring: Participate in the process of monitoring client progress in treatment programs, tracking successes and challenges to inform future treatment plans and strategies. Individualized Treatment Plans: Develop tailored treatment plans for each client, taking into account unique needs, goals, and circumstances to promote optimal recovery and well-being. Client Support and Advocacy: Serve as a trusted resource for clients, providing individualized assistance in accessing necessary mental health services and completing daily living tasks, while advocating for their best interests. Community Engagement: Connect clients with various community agencies and resources, offering ongoing social, vocational, educational, and recreational support and activities to foster personal growth and independence. ***What you’ll bring**
