Core responsibilities

As a bcba, you will carry a caseload of 8-12 patients, conducting assessments and designing individualized treatment plans. You will also coach and guide behavior technicians and empower parents to implement aba principles at home.

Requirements summary

Candidates must have an active bcba certification and previous experience in creating individualized treatment plans. Supervisory experience with technicians is also required.
