Youth Care Worker - 3rd Shift

The youth care worker i provides direct care services to residents, assists professional staff in implementing individual treatment plans, and ensures the effective operation of the residential program. Key duties include teaching and monitoring behaviors using the psycho-Educational model, maintaining a safe environment, and attending to youths' medical needs.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged along with 1-3 months of related experience or training, though a bachelor's degree in a preferred field is desired. Required certifications include scm, first aid/Cpr, and a valid driver's license.
