Youth Care Worker - 2nd Shift

The youth care worker i provides direct care services to residents and assists professional staff in implementing individualized treatment plans using the psycho-Educational model. Responsibilities include monitoring behaviors, teaching living skills, maintaining a safe environment, and assisting with documentation for youth.

Candidates need a high school diploma or ged along with 1-3 months of related experience or training, though a bachelor's degree in a preferred field is desired. Preferred certifications include scm, first aid/Cpr, and a valid driver's license.
