Revenue Cycle QI Trainer

The revenue cycle qi trainer develops and delivers educational material and programming focused on revenue cycle operational needs, system updates, and workflow changes, while mentoring team members to achieve growth goals. This role involves facilitating technical training, assessing effectiveness, and acting as a subject matter expert (Sme) for projects related to the cs-Link/Epic ehr system.

A minimum of three years in a supervisory, training, or teaching role is required, along with at least three years of experience in a revenue cycle application specific to patient services, hospital billing, or professional billing. A high school diploma or ged is mandatory, though a bachelor's degree and specific epic certifications are preferred.
