Sleepaway Camp – Lifeguard/Activity Assistant

Staff members are responsible for leading and supporting camp activities and special events while actively ensuring the safety of campers across waterfront, archery, and ropes activities. They must also uphold girl scout safety standards, assess swim abilities, maintain equipment, and support daily camp operations.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and possess a current lifeguard certification with a waterfront module, or be willing to complete this training during paid pre-Camp training. Required qualifications also include current cpr and first aid certification or willingness to obtain them, strong communication skills, and the physical stamina for active outdoor work.
