The registered behavior technician will deliver one-On-One direct applied behavioral analysis (Aba) treatment to clients to increase skills and decrease problem behaviors, working closely with the supervising board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). Responsibilities also include supporting parent/Caregiver training, collecting data, documenting client records, and communicating progress to relevant parties.

Requirements summary

Candidates must possess a registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification, which is highly preferred, along with 1-2 years of experience working with children and preferably one year of aba experience. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check are mandatory requirements.
