The behavior technician delivers direct 1
1 aba interventions to clients to increase skills and decrease problem behaviors under the supervision of a bcba. They are also responsible for collecting data, documenting progress, and supporting parent and caregiver training.
Requirements summary
Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience working with children and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. A bachelor's degree in psychology, teaching, or a related field is preferred.
