Residential Counselor WDAON

The residential counselor provides one-To-One direct care and support to residents, assisting with daily living activities and skill development. They are responsible for maintaining a safe home environment, implementing individual activity schedules, and documenting resident progress.

Candidates must have at least a high school diploma or ged, with a preference for a bachelor's degree in a human services field. Relevant experience working with individuals with autism is required, along with the ability to perform physical interventions and maintain a valid driver's license.
