FLoater Teacher

The assistant teacher will support the lead teacher by implementing age-Appropriate lesson plans and actively engaging with children to foster their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Responsibilities also include preparing the classroom environment, supervising children, and assisting with communication to families regarding daily activities and progress.

A high school diploma is required, though an associate or bachelor's degree in early childhood education is preferred, along with previous experience working with young children in a licensed setting. Candidates must demonstrate empathy, compassion, the ability to work productively without supervision, and must pass required state background checks.
