Classroom Aide - 1:1

The one to one staff assists with classroom instruction in a one-On-One setting, aiding students in understanding subject matter and ensuring classroom routines are followed. Responsibilities include working with students with special needs, supporting instruction, monitoring behaviors, and encouraging positive social skills.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and previous experience in educational settings. The position requires working with students who have special needs and/Or challenging behaviors.
